A Personalized session that involves one client and one trainer. This allows more personalized attention and privacy with your trainer, for special needs people, a person who prefers to exercise alone with the trainer or have a specific goal.

This is a Personalized session which involves 1 to a maximum of 4 clients. This type of training can be affordable, fun and also great way to meet new people or an opportunity to train as a family, with you partner or companion.
