Q&As

I love that it is so natural for me to do what I know is the most meaningful thing I can do. The insights and learning that happens for myself and others in conversation keeps me loving the process as it unfolds with no attachment.

I've always known that my own time is sacred and cannot be owned by another. I work for meaning rather than money, and I get to choose who to work with, and to direct my energy where it's most needed.

Where most Nutritionists are focused on food and telling you what to eat and what not to eat, I help you shift your focus from the carbs and calories to the real solution, which lies in actually reprogramming and rewiring the way your brain thinks about food (the habits, patterns, triggers and emotional connections to food that keep us stuck).

I feel an open listening heart is what matters most when helping with personal development of any form. From a space of feeling seen, heard and known can I reflect what the person needs to see within themselves. That each person has the wisdom within, but may not be accessing it.

I help to restore the connection with self in a way that helps to unwind emotional and physical patterns that keep us stuck in life.
