How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
1. Make sure the roof is not leaking
2. Floor is not cracking
3. No water entering / dampness etc.
4. Walls not cracking
These are the most important things to look out for. As long as there is no signs of these defects, conversion of your garage is quite simple.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
We will need to meet on site and discuss your conversion. Some garages do not have ceilings, we will need to tile the floor or seal the concrete floor.
Add better lighting, etc, etc.
How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for the last 4 years, but have been working for other companies for the last 15 years. We have a vast knowledge of the construction industry.
What guarantee does your work come with?
On the larger projects with a contract in place, there is a 5 year latent defect

Meeting new people and their satisfaction when the project is complete.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for others for 12 years and realized there was little to no input from my boss. So started my own business and have grown from strengthen to strengthen

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Virtual meetings, all staff follow PPE protocol. We have site foremen that ensure staff follow the rules and do not put your family at risk.

Our services start as small as remodeling old homes which do not required submission of plans. To large scale industrial developments, our largest project completed was a R300 million project.
