I have found the design team at Neohaus to be very attentive to my personal needs and vision. They have provided me with very workable and creative solutions to what I wanted incorporated into my new project. We used Neohaus for an extention to our home. The Neohaus team were very prompt and effiicient when it came to designing and getting the plans drawn up and approved at Council. Neohaus had promised me that they were unlike any other contractors and that they would work on a job and complete what was necessary right till the final stages and snags. Unfortunately this did not happen and their team of staff had made some horrible mistakes with regards to paintwork, electrical, damages to furniture, no care what so ever to cover anything etc. When the time came to do snags they ignored my calls and messages and to date I have not heard back from them. They promised me I would received a COC from the electrician they used who was a complete disaster. I would definitely not recommend them. More...

Our engagement was initiated on the basis of having to correct prior work which had been incompetently done by previous contractors. We promptly took up the project and worked tirelessly to finish what our client had requested within the 2-month-long deadline she had given us before year-end. Our client was impressed with our service to the extent that she requested further works to be done at the start of the new year. This was undertaken and completed promptly and professionally. Due consideration should be applied to the fact that Neohaus, at their own cost, has returned to redo work previously completed which had been subsequently damaged by other specialist contractors hired later by the client. These various refurbishment stages also were requested in the incorrect sequence by the client who had then devolved the subsequent expense and damages caused by the other contractors to us. Neohaus also assisted our Client to repair major works in the apartment below hers at a discounted rate and went so far as to source discontinued tiles to match the existing tiles which saved her the cost of having to pay for an entire retiling of the bathroom. Neohaus also fixed snags that other contractors had caused without charging her because we valued our relationship with her. Sadly, our client insisted on appointing yet more contractors at additional cost intending this to be for our account, instead of permitting our existing team to correct the list of minor snags as is the normal practice, which we would happily have done.
