My name is Nathan Mthembu. I am currently a Personal Trainer and an Online Coach who is a toning specialist. I am also an EMS trainer at BODYTEC, an F45 Coach and a group fitness instructor. I have been a personal trainer for the past 2 years officially but have been in fitness for just short of a decade.

Nate is an exceptional trainer who is dedicated to helping you achieve your unique fitness goals. I would give him a 10/10 simply because I hated working out and he has managed to make me enjoy my fitness journey. The workouts are different yet intense and I leave my sessions feeling rejuvenated and confident.

Worst Experience !!! Our party was booked for 10h00 - 13h00 we had 30 mins before and 30 mins after to setup and clear up however, on the day of the party the people who booked the 2nd timeslot at 14h00 to 17h00 came in at 12h00 and the Moove crew proceeded to clear out my party and my guests. My child was devastated :(

I knew Nathan prior and I saw him providing a service that I, to be completely honest, needed. Nate, really is an expert. He will give expert advice and regimens. He is clear in delivering what you have asked of him. He will try his best to be kind but will be honest about the outcomes should you waiver from his advice . He is really flexible regarding exercise and meals advice. Q&As

I go through screening and assessments to figure out thier goals, experience, age, sex, medical conditions and ailments, injuries and so on and so forth to help me formulate a program best designed them.

Then I break down their large goal into small, achievable and simpler mini-goals to make the journey less daunting and more exciting to hit certain checkpoints without it being overwhelming.

Consistency, patience and intensity. Consitency - Showing up everyday, even on rest days. Which means eat right and sleep right on the days you aren't training.

Patience - Take your time. It sounds cliche and we've all heard it but it's true: Rome was not built in a day

Intensity - train as if it were your last time training for the rest of your life. I don't apply this to just training but it's also my personal life philosophy with my life coaching clients

Meeting all kinds of people and building a solid relationship with them. I am still in touch with former clients which is nice because it reminds that although this is a profession, that I am not in it purely just for the money, but to help those who need it.

I want to be the guy I needed when I started off

I like being mobile, make my clients life easier and I also get to control my time more efficiently as opposed to being stuck at one gym or studio

I am honest, transparent, and have integrity. I am not shy of saying I don't have certain answers to questions but I am also extremely knowledgeable beyond my qualifications. I am multi-faceted in wellness and recreation as I read articles, publications and studies to better myself as a trainer and coach.

Most importantly, I have been where my clients are, in every sense of the word, and there's nothing that matters more than a sympathetic and understanding coach who will also push you to the limits he can discern for you at different phases of his clients' personal growth

I coach online via an app called Trainerize with personalized training plans, meal plans and supplement guides for clients.

I also do group training Zoom calls.

I keep a sanitizer and cloth with me to clean equipment after every session. I also wash/clean my equipment every week, wash my hands before and after every client. I also try my best to work in spaces with good ventilation
