What do you love most about your job?
Having experienced trauma early in my life I have always known that I want to provide support to people who are suffering. It is incredibly rewarding to watch clients grow their confidence, courage and embrace all that they are capable of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I really don't like being told what to do or how to do it. I have also found that so many businesses put profit before people - I can't be a part of something like that.

I have flexible hours to accommodate working clients. I have personally dealt with anger, depression, anxiety and a feeling that I don't belong. I know what works and what doesn't. I prefer online / remote work and have found this works well. For the past two years all my sessions have been online. There is something amazing about not having to travel, taking more time and putting more pressure on the committment.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As far as I know - no-one has contracted COVID virtually... haha
Life Coaching
Life coaching initially starts as one-on-one sessions. While a minimum of three months is recommended, sometimes, we just need a single session to get some clarity to be able to move forward.
Once challenges are identified and a plan is put in place to support growth and healing, group sessions are an amazing addition. There is power in speaking with people facing the same problems. It helps us to feel less alone.
