I can't believe the arragance in this guy's responses, proves that he knows nothing abt professionalism, he owes us a refund that he keeps promising to pay, every dog has its day!

USELESS ARROGANT CROOK! He's out to scam us of money but he does shoddy work and promises to refund but never does!

This guy is a crook, we paid him for the job that he didn't do properly and when we called him to show him that we were still getting the same error, he claimed to be out of town but we contacted him using another number and he came running, we confronted him abt it and the fool had the odesity to accuse us of tricking him! He promised us a refund which he never paid, it's been one excuse after the other, I am reporting him to DSTV tmor, if they care abt their brand they will cut him off from being their sub contractor, my advice is don't ever call this guy for help, he's useless, and a crook! 1. Tiles were removed on area of work, and rainwater has damaged the ceiling. No response received to my messages to take responsibility nor be accountable. No effort was made to verify damage.

I rated a one as service was prompt but I have requested accreditation certificate for insurance claim purposes and have been waiting since beginning of March and when I phone Chris he promise to send but never do and now when I send whattsapps or phone they ignore me. No star. Called them and asked them to come out and assess my dstv connection issues. they advised it was R350 for call out. I agreed and said they can come and check and must quote me on what needs to be done. they came out whilst I was at work. alligned my satalite and broke branches of my tree and left them hanging from the tree as it was interfering with the signal. did not communicate with me at all and I got an invoice for R1300 and of that R600 was for tree felling but they literally ripped and broke branches off my tree and left them half ganging and left all the branches like this. extremely unprofessional and did not do what I had asked them. no communication at all. They where quick and effective. I had been struggling with my dstv and 2 guys had come out before them. with no success the changed my explora decoder and did an extraview for the rooms and eversince, all i can say is splendid viewing

It should be minus 5 stars. I used the service on 20 Dec 2020. I was charged R1400 to fix the problem and replace the smart LNB. When I asked for the broken LNB I got an old LNB which I later found out was not a smart LNB and could not have been mine. The same problem occurred on 31 Jan 2021. Chris adn Wayne? came and replaced the LNB again and advised me to change the explora. I was charged R1050. I contacted you on 02 Feb 2021 to say that the problem still exist, you promised to come out but never came. On 03 Feb I got another supplier to fix the problem. I found out that the lNB you said you removed on 20 Dec is not a smart LNB so it can not be mine which means you never changed the LNB. The LNB you said you replaced sunday 31 Jan 2020 has a hole in it and looks old. The technician confirms that it could not have been fitted recently. It cost me onother R1100 to fix the problem you never did. I contacted you several times on cell 0729246590 to discuss the matter and every time you brush me off. I called after lunchtime on a long weekend Friday afternoon. Mr DSTV were here within the hour as promised. They repaired as far as possible and after 4pm even went to the shops and bought the extra parts and were back here to finish the job instead of finishing another day. I’ve been experiencing poor DSTV reception for a couple of weeks. I sent a WhatsApp on Sunday morning. MR DSTV arrived 2 hours later and fixed the problem. It was loadshedding, but they had the required electronic equipment to still address the issue. They also followed up a couple of hours later to check if the problem was resolved.
