Moyo helped me to start working out regularly and consistently; whereas for the past 3 years I was extremely inactive. I spent my days in bed and struggled with mechanical issues like Plantar fasciitis, Scheuermann's disease, arthritis in my knees, & severe scoliosis. I didn't have the strength to hold my myself up anymore. Workouts by professionals on YouTube demotivated me as I compared myself to them. Not to mention, I couldn't do most exercises due to my existing conditions. Moyo knew exactly where to guide me in my workouts and helped me build my strength in less than 2 months. Before Moyo, I couldn't imagine exercising for more than 20 mins a day, now I workout wuth Moyo for a minimum of 5 days a week. I enjoy workouts and he works with me in such a way that I do not feel discomfort in my body. He is encouraging and believes in me. He does not judge me and strongly believes that no effort is small - especially in fitness! He helped me realise the power of my body & how I can have normal body goals for myself. He has a lovely energy and the perfect blend of firmness and crazy motivation. He understands my aches and pains and knows where to push me. He sees the vision I can't see for myself. Moyo is an amazing coach. He understands where I am and knows EXACTLY what I need to do to push myself but not to a level that is un-doable. I have come so far and exercising is a bliss when before I used to hate it!

I start with assessing their limits and seeing what their capabilities are. In this way we know where and what to work on. Thereafter, we remain consistent in the specific exercises to build up their initial strength.

When that is mastered, we can improve the level of intensity by adding more time(seconds), as well as adding more exercises to the routine.
