Working with Mirna has been amazing, started last year (June 2022) and she has been super patient and helpful in my fitness journey. She really goes an extra mile, sometimes if I don't have the motivation to wake up and go to gym, I just think of her commitment towards my journey and I jump out off bed. Great trainer to have. Q&As

The focus and priority always falls 100% on the clients specific goals and needs to achieve success. The hardest part is for the client to come to the gym. Once there with proper guidance and motivation from me as their trainer no goal is too big.

The secret isn't just about the "how to" of getting your dream body, but more about keeping it! Many people have achieved their dream bodies before, but for how long have they kept it? Getting to your dream body is the easy part, keeping it is more of a challenge. However, there's nothing that a proper mindset and mentality can't achieve.

The people. I would say this over and over again. I have such a passion for working with people and helping them to achieve their ultimate goals. Whether it be to lose weight or becoming the next top performing athlete(of whatever sport they choose excel in).

Other like-minded entrepreneurs who became role models. When I was younger I used to watch hundreds of YouTube videos of people chasing their own dreams and goals, completely opposite of what their friends, family and peers used to do. That excited me, to achieve and build something out of the ordinary. Making a positive impact by creating something new and different.

I focus on all the good that you've already got - even if it is just a positive and willing mindset - and use that to launch you into a whole new level of achievement and success. At the end of the day you do something because you enjoy it. If you stop enjoying it, you'll stop doing it. To find what works best for you and what you enjoy most, so that you may be consistent in your exercise is an absolute priority for me. Together we will collaborate to make exercise one of the non-negotiable activities of your every day life ;)

Yes, I offer online "program only" packages that doesn't require someone to have a gym membership to be active. This includes a monthly program tailored to each individuals specific needs as well as a weekly check-in and accountability session with me, their personal trainer.

Regular sanitising of surfaces that are used often.
Adopting a "rather safe than sorry" mentality. If I feel sick or have been in contact with someone who possibly has covid I reschedule sessions with my clients.
