I love to help and my depth of knowledge and experience enables me to help uplift and empower people to think it and live their best lives.

Because I've been there:
- pessimistic default setting
- feeling helpless
- poor habits
- depressed
- wondering why I am even alive
- feeling alone even though around people
- actually being alone at one point in my life
- feeling betrayed
- feeling like a victim

Now, my default setting if hope and happiness. Instead of everything happening to me, it happens for me. I find the lesson and grow through it.

I have bad periods but I know how to change my state and move forward.... life is all about good habits that optimise one's state and keeps the energy up which enables my mindset stories to work for me.

Remote and online is available via Teams, Zoom, Google. If any other platform is required, we can discuss.

Mostly online coaching but when in person, we go to a park or a location where we can be close but still socially distance away from each other and people. Sanitising is a must.
