What do you love most about your job?
As the head of M&G Private Tutoring I still take on students myself simply because I love what I do. To be successful in any industry to have to enjoy your work and when your work contributes to people improving their lives, that's even better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been a private tutor in the industry for five years and running, I've noticed a niche in the market for quality yet affordable tutors. I therefore decided to go on a quest of hiring the smartest minds across the top three South African universities. This has proven fruitful.
