Words are not enough to express our heartfelt gratitude. Since our arrival we were treated special. I emailed Masada and explained my physical condition (Arthritis throughout my entire body) and they went beyond the call of duty to make our stay there a pleasant one. I could sense from the beginning that these owners meant business when it comes to their clients. Jenny moved us closer to the pool to make access convenient.The personal touch,helpfulness, friendliness and care from every staff member is second to none. Dave regularly checked up to see if the water temperature of the heated pool was to my satisfaction.The one thing that really stood out for me was the personalized sticker on the door of our room to welcome us. Shaun the chef asked us on Saturday evening what we would have for breakfast the following morning and he was ready to serve us Sunday morning. I will without a shadow of a doubt recommend Masada Guest house for service,friendliness, cleanliness, good breakfast menu.Peace and tranquility comes together at Masada guest house.Dave, Val & the staff continue to do what you do best, keep up the good work. If there was something to moan about, I can assure you the positives outweighed them all. We came there as strangers but left as friends. We will be back soon. More...
