MADS Architecture is an architectural firm which strives to improve people’s lives through planning
spaces that are creatively innovative, fit for purpose, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing architecture.

We assist our clients from concept to occupation through the various compliance processes related to
construction of buildings, from site acquisition we offer rezoning application services for new land
purposes, Architectural planning, Design and Municipal approvals, Interior design services and project
management services. Our designs are presented in 3D using modern Building Information Modelling
(BIM).
Once approval is obtained, we carry out the construction planning, building enrolment, project
registration, contract management, construction management and project management of the building
process until beneficial occupation through our multi-discipline team of artisans, engineers and project
construction managers
