Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we can provide services remotely and clients can send us documents via various online methods and we can do Zoom meetings if there is a need to see each other face to face. We can also use cloud accounting software for clients who prefer to run their own SAGE or Xero books.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We try to keep face-to-face meetings at our office to the bare essentials and only if a virtual appointment cannot be arranged or is not practical. All staff wears masks in the office and we try to keep the office clean and sanitized as much as possible.
