What do you love most about your job?
We love meeting new Clients and the personal interaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The safety of my fellow man. Clichy I know but its still true, I started Lydel Secure in 2004 when I was still Under the employment of our Government as a then Clerk in the South African Police Service, from there my passion grew for the safety of my fellow man/woman. This is where I saw what we can do to one another and I wanted to make a small difference.

No. due to the nature of Our business, it is not possible to provide all our services online or remotely, we do physical work 90% of the time, therefor we can only advise telephonically, on WhatsApp or via email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow all Covid protocols. We observe social distancing to the best of our ability, which at times is more difficult then normal as we work in teams of 2 to 3 depending on the task at hand.
We travel with our sanitizer, our tools are cleaned regularly and all surfaces we touch as well.
