Due to covid19 I am trying to do quotes and estimates remotely - but I relay on customers to send me a few clear pictures of the job and also an accurate estimate/measurement/ of the area to be cleaned.
This eliminates personal contact and travelling to site to do a quote.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work outside so we just make sure that we do not enter into close presence of any of our clients or enter their offices or homes unless absolutely necessary. Masks are compulsory!
