Took my baby for a photoshoot last Friday. The pics are beautifully, job well. Its not about the pics but the experience. What is lacking, in my opinion, is customer services skills, peoples skills from the photographer . A service is a whole experience i.e. before the shoot, during the shoot and after the shoot experiences. The hardcopy of our pics was left in the postbox unattended while the photographer was in the house. Not knowing where the box was, we had to call only to be told or asked with a cold tone whether ‘we cant see the box or must she come show us the box?’. Anyone familiar with the area could’ve easily stolen the hardcopy from the box. Benefit of the doubt, perhaps if it was not the covid pandemic, we would have felt more welcomed and received a much improved service. Nonetheless, thanks for beautiful shots. More...

I’d recommend her, my daughter was extremely grumpy and fussy but she remained patient and to top it off, she got beautiful shots!
