Update: so after posting this there were a few hiccups. I asked to have an item added to my initial order and paid for it. I booked the courier to collect last Monday. I then found out that afternoon that the courier was there to collect but was sent away and told there were no packages to collect. The items were then sent on the 27th and when I received my order the item I asked to be added was not included. So this was sent out with the promise of an apology gift for all the hiccups. The item arrived this am with no apology gift . The customer feedback and service is great but the customer experience is not so great. * I am so impressed with the amazing customer service.
