We have been in the industry for 17yrs however, I have been working in the industry since 1995. I chose to work with very reputable companies and mentors that structured my mindset to the “old school ways" of designing and detailing drawings when we used to do everything by hand.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people using my creations, the experience of spaces and the solutions. The expression of thier faces in the wow effect.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Passion for the built environment. Sculptures to fulfill purpose. an aesthetic approach to functional space.
Why should our clients choose you?
Our work speaks for itself. I have a Client come from Umzimkulu to design a house for him. When he left he said this is the reason he came to LCN Architecture. I was so appreciative of the work we did for him.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
I would love to provide services online. This can only be done at your risk. Due to us needing to verify measurements on site we cannot be held liable for accuracy. If you are happy to send us the measurements we are happy to help. Otherwise we will need to physically have access to the site. On bigger projects we are willing to travel at the clients cost. Due to our reputation some do acknowledge of expertise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Our staff was fully trained with COVID 19 protocols and equipment. Using gloves and masks when necessary.
Building design_Bronze Option
We help you design a conceptual building for you to do research and plan your budgets. This is a design brochure only We call it the Bronze option.
Building plan approval_Gold Option
This option includes the bronze option and we do the technical drawings necessary for plan approval. It is up to you whether you want us to submit for approval or you can just keep it on your records.
Full services _Platinum Option
This includes services from Bronze and Gold with the additional technical drawings required for pricing and construction. We work closely with all stakeholders to bring the project to a successful completion on time and within budget.
3D artistic impressions
This service is open to anyone that requires a design modeled in virtual 3d artwork. You will see exactly what your building will look like before being built. The benefits of doing this is that you don't waste time and money making the wrong decisions and site but in a virtual space that you can change.
Restoration of Buildings
During the unrest many buildings was burnt and destroyed. We can do the relevant work required for the insurance companies as well as costings and the supervision for restoration.
