How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I design programs to specifically fit the needs of the client. I track the progress of the client via assessment and/or I keep a file with all their information and add notes as the training progress. I advocate for an honest and open relationship with my clients to ensure i create an environment that will motivate my clients to be successful and achieve all their fitness goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Hardwork, Accountability, and Consistency is the secret to success. Be clear about your goals, work hard towards them, hold yourself accountable and show up. Starting is always the hardest part, be consistent and results will start to show.
What do you love most about your job?
The fulfilment in fostering positive lifestyle changes, building relationships with my clients and witnessing their overall health and well-being improve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my own business to gain a sense of independence. I also enjoy the flexibility that comes with my job. But what inpsired me most, was knowing that my business will make a postive impact on many lives out there.

Yes online services are offered via zoom or skype. I also provide customized workout plans.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Practicing social distance and will wear a mask if that is what clients prefers.
