Deren and his team were prompt and thorough in their assessment and I was kept informed throughout the reparation of my kitchen cupboard. Job well done!

Absolutely pathetic. The 1st week was great,then the excuses started.The phone got lost,the car broke down.For a week I could not contact them. We actually contacted the bank to stop payment,our bank advised to open a fraud charge against them.They take your money to service other jobs.They ask for an advance to show they want to finish your job quicker,this never happens.They make an sla agreement to suit them. We did our doors,security gates,sliding door bathroom and kitchen. Their workmanship is poor,poor.On the last day they actually they forced the payment at midnight, Security had to be called to assist.I had to to final inspection at 2300 that night.Their guarantees after completing is a lie.I sent messages to Thabang and Deren. Hi Prem We agreed on a month to finish your project, which we did in the agreed time, you refused to pay us until the police were called, we waited for you to pay us until 1 am in the morning. We believe you did not want to pay us, however your project was completed perfectly and on time. At least be honest on your review Sir. I am not happy at all with their work, no supervision for workers, shoddy work done. will never recommend anyone. I will also not use your service again.

I used the company and i am very very unhappy with the service, my bathroom is still not complete. just getting excuses.
I wonder how Bark select its customers and labelled them as professionals. there is nothing professional here.
I will however get my money even if it means the blood must be spilled out.

I hired Deren ( Kingsman Construction on the 27 September 2023. The 1st week of work was excellent. Then all the excuses star's.
...phone got stolen,car broke down,workers are sick.He uses his current customers money to fund his other contracts. He does not list down what is on the quote e.g. kitchen remodeling..the ceiling was not painted,electrical plugs not included, tiles are scratched,poor plumbing..very very poor workmanship.He gave me guarantees ..I currently sit with a tap leak, sliding door jamming. He even asked for an advance on payment over and above the sla agreement. He and his Senior goes missing ..does not answer emails and whatsapp
