Firstly, this was my first ever website that I had developed. I was during the peak of the Covid-19 lockdown and I had to seek other means of income since we were unsure of how long we won't be able to work outside.
I needed an E-commerce website to sell my products.
After a few minutes of uGooglegizing, I came upon Bark, filled in my request. Kenneth was the first person to contact me via a telephone call and asked how he could assist. I explained the situation and he sent me a formal quote before end of the day. Other persons also contacted me via email and Whatsapp, but I choose Kenneth, because of his speedy response and technical understanding of my need.
We never met face-to-face, but Kenneth was able to get my website p and running within one week, I see that as a major achievement, given our current situation.
From my experience, Kenneth is an expert in his field and very polite. He managed to explain highly complicated and technical issues to me in layman terms.
Therefore I would highly recommend Kenneth for eCommerce website development!
