Jo is fantastic. She completely understood Dayo's issues, and gave great advice. She is so gentle and calm - Dayo adored her. We have learned a lot and are applying the advice to good effect. I think the improvement in his confidence and calmness (thanks to Jo) had a unexpected benefit. He had his first plane journey - across the pond! - and arrived completely mellow, relaxed and even curious and interested. I honestly don't think he would have done so pre-Jo.
