Worst ever because after fetching my bag I called the pick up driver at 19h45 and he told me he was on his way from bronkonspruit then I had to wait at lower level pillar 16 as indicated then now another driver whose was unprofessional on the phone told me he is fetching me ( Elliot) whilst waiting at 20h07 the first driver from bronkonspruit arrived and I went and climbed in his stuffy car that was hot. He too was unprofessional in that I was beginning to be frustrated as he spoke to someone from the office who told him that mpumi (driver was coming) . The police came and he was negotiating for parking as it was a pick up only zone. So, Mpumi came and took the suit case,ran with it to his car and I had to be loaded like baggage into his car.
