What makes a great website?
A great website is an online asset for your brand which focuses on YOUR business objectives and an optimised customer journey. Great websites are sexy and offer a great user experience, are SEO optimised and have quality content.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What are the objectives of your business and the website? What do you want the website to do for you and for your customers? Who are your customers? What websites do you LIKE? What websites DON'T you like? Do you want to do most of the maintenance/updating yourself, or would you want us to do it for you? Would you like us to write the copy for you? Or just optimise what you provide? (the list is VERY long because we like to be thorough... but you get the idea!)
What do you love most about your job?
The fact that we get to turn someone's vision into reality every day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Mostly, it was my serial-entrepreneur dad who inspired me to start my own business. That, and the desire to be creative.
