We provide occupational health and safety services to all industry sectors; including Safety Statement Preparation, Update and Review, Workplace Risk Assessments and Safety Audits.

Our company’s wellness series focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle to your employees through using universal learning principles, case studies, and best practices to provide practical information, tools, and resources that will support employees’ health.
Employees will be attending workshops filled with useful information, tips, strategies and skills needed to change their behaviours and make healthy choices in the areas of nutrition, sleep, exercise, stress management, and more. This helps employers deal with common health problems in the workplace such as absenteeism, high employee benefit costs, and managing chronic illnesses.

Workstation assessment is a detailed risk assessment of an employee’s office workstation. InventFit Consulting provides workstation ergonomic assessments for individuals or whole departments to maximize comfort and efficiency whilst minimizing the risk of injury. We recognize that not all office environments are the same, therefore, we make sure that we do due diligence when it comes to our assessments so that we actually identify each and every person’s specific needs. Workstation ergonomics services may be provided for individuals with or without symptoms or pre-existing condition.
• Individual workstation assessments are aimed at identifying risk factors at the workstation that may cause injury and finding preventative solutions to these problems.
• Analysis of all aspects of the workstation – chair, desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse and the placement of these at the workstation.
• Analysis of the employee – job requirements and their working posture.
• Discussion of rest and stretch breaks throughout the day to minimize injuries.
• Recommendations including any ergonomic office equipment that may be required.

As technology is evolving, we are seeing a lot of people working from their homes and we found out that a lot of employees often set up their own home office and in doing so they can make poor choices when it comes to chairs, ergonomic workstations, monitors, keyboards and mice. InventFit Consulting home office workstation assessments are meant to provide peace of mind to both the employers and the employees by providing a detailed risk assessment of the home working environment.

We know that they are many reasons why companies relocate, for example, moving from small offices to bigger and better offices as the company grows. InventFit consulting provides on-site support for the first day of business and office moves. Our specialists can perform office ergonomic assessments and consultancy, including attending to each employee. During this time our specialists can help each person to set up their workstation as it suits them best.
The benefits of this include assisting employees to set up in a neutral posture to prevent the development of any musculoskeletal disorders because of poor posture. The general education on the importance of ergonomics can reduce the likelihood of employees experiencing pain or discomfort while working at their desks.

We provides seminars that are specifically designed to provide employees with the knowledge they need to prevent musculoskeletal injuries. The aim is to teach the staff good working postures, correct workstation setup and early identification of discomfort or injuries.
Staff ergonomic education seminars are often combined with individual workstation assessments.
