We are a Customer Driven Company – We Offer the best price on the market and help our customers save because we are not profit focused but instead we are customer focused. COVID, Inflation and an overall unstable economic environment has put a strain on most South African’s pool needs and wants; we are simply doing our part as a business to meet our customers where they are!!!!
We are a Campaign Driven Business – Because Pools are generally difficult to maintain we as a company have committed to run quarterly gift and specials to any existing or new customers so that the continue to save with us and be rewarded for being a loyal customer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Most pool professionals are not contactable after the work is completed, because they are afraid of comebacks which would require them to fix their issues. We offer guarantees on the work or job performed so the client does not have to pay excess cash for any other anomalies that could result after a jobs completion. This means we fix all issues related to our workmanship at no cost to the client. ImmaQuePools is contactable via the Website, Social media, email or contact number (WhatsApp or call).
Unlike most Business we do the right thing the first time.

Our vision is to be the “Go to” Pool professionals to our clients, while providing perfect, clean, neat, pool structures and affordable pricing on pool services that continue to grow expensive and almost unaffordable to pool owners/companies. We hope to restore the true meaning of “affordable” which has since been lost in translation because of the difficulty in finding good prices and good companies that support clients to achieve value for money.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Customers currently have to pay highly inflated prices to get pool representatives to solve their pool requirements; whether it be pool assets, maintenance, construction and/or safety jobs.
Mostly these types of services are offered in two folds. (A) Service is offered with no guarantee and are offered by Pool representatives that are either registered but are generally too expensive or (B) unregistered representatives that has charged suspiciously lower and have taken drastic measures on a job card which has resulted in compromised work quality on the client’s pool structure in order for them to make a profit.
We ensure customers are assured quality without risk towards contact or possibility of COVID exposure.
Pool Maintenance
We conduct pool maintenances, balancing and testing making sure your pool does not have high PH and chlorine levels for your kids to swim skin irritation free.
Repairs
Sand changing, DB Box, reinstallation, Pump, Kreepy crawly, Filter refurbishing and or renewals, Borehole Pump refurbishing or replacing.
Inspection & Diagnosis
Our testing’s and evaluations on your pool are at not cost and recommendations are sent to you for free.
Pool Revamping
We redo your pool or reconstruct it to a smaller or larger and improve structure components (i.e. Coping, Mosaic, Marbelite or Fiberglass reapplication)
Pool Construction
We construct a brand-new pool and let you choose your style and shape you wish to create, working with your budget while doing so.
Pool Covers
Our Pool covers are of high quality and give you pool and kids’ protection from any dangers that could occur. Choose from either a net or PVC Cover installation.
