How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I don't just see my clients as a number on my paid list
I set time periods in which we need to achieve certain goals and push them towards it. the results speak for themselves. I don't allow clients to waste their money thinking that because they paid me they can take it easy. I push you so you don't waste your money and my time because if you don't follow my training programs it is a poor reflection on me as a trainer
