1. Briefing session: The client has the opportunity to express their design goals that they would like to achieve.

2. Conceptual/look and feel presentation: The designer will prepare a look and feel/mood board to discuss whether the direction and whether the direction the designer is presenting is aligned to the clients aesthetics. Here, ideas are pushed and pulled until happiness is achieved.

3. Approval on actual items: Designer presents the actuals items that will be manufacturerd and grt approval from the clients before anything is produced.

4. Manufacture process: This process ensures that the quality and finished product aligns to the clients desires.

5. Installation: This is where items are installed on site and styled.

Note: Depending on the client needs, the process is customizable to meet tye requirements of the brief.

I help residential, commercial and corporate clients design and style their hotels, living spaces, offices and more. I will examine the space clients want refinished, create drawings and/or models of potential designs, and work to create their vision. I use various design principles, elements, and techniques to focus on a space design, layout planning, architectural design, decorations, and aesthetics to achieve my client desire design goals using design software.

I offer a design service where I provide an online consultation that is tailored to your budget. I offer a briefing session, advice, look and feel/mood board, documentation of options where items can be purchased, and style guides to keep your space looking styled at all times.

This option exists for client who would like a more preminum product like kitchen, bathroom, built in cupboards design. This is called shop fitting. Bespoke furniture design is available where I can manufacture these items customized to your needs and aesthetic.

This service can include proposed floor plan layouts, electrical layouts, plumbing layouts, ceiling layouts, lighting layouts, wall finishes layout, floor finishes, and any other detailed drawing needed to accomplish the work.
