Hypnotherapy

My journey with Gary started with a 30 minute one on one online chat and needs analysis, which did not cost me anything, and put me at ease before making my first appointment and meeting face to face. I have had 2 sessions with Gary thus far, each one lasting more than 2 hours, and I look forward to each subsequent session. Working with Gary has truly been a transformative experience. Hypnosis is a therapeutic technique that involves inducing a trance-like state of focused attention, deep relaxation, and heightened suggestibility.

Weight loss and hypnosis are two concepts when combined support individuals in their weight loss journey. Hypnosis for weight loss involves using guided relaxation techniques to help individuals achieve a state of focused attention and heightened suggestibility. In this state, I provide positive suggestions and imagery related to healthy eating habits, exercise, and self-confidence.
The goal of using hypnosis for weight loss is to influence the subconscious mind, where habits and behaviours are deeply rooted. By targeting and reprogramming these subconscious patterns, individuals may experience a greater willingness and motivation to make positive changes in their eating and exercise habits.
It should be used in conjunction with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and other healthy lifestyle choices.

Hypnosis is a fantastic technique used for pain management. It induces deep relaxation and heightened suggestibility, allowing individuals to alter their perception of pain. While it doesn't eliminate pain, it can make it feel less intense, offering a valuable complement to traditional medical approaches.
