Each client has unique needs and goals and therefore we apply an individual approach to each person that walks through our doors.
We help our clients to be more aware of their bodies, its capabilities and how to move more effectively.
Monthly tailored programmes are prescribed to keep things exciting whilst also challenging the member to go to a new level in their health and fitness.
We also have the added benefit of continuously tracking each clients progress through periodic health and fitness assessments. This keeps our clients motivated and hungry for more!

Health and fitness is a lifestyle.
Getting the body of your dreams is a life long process.
This requires dedication to putting the work in to not only your training but also other healthier lifestyle choices.
Its important to realize that gradual, small changes lead to big results overtime.
Avoid trying to make drastic changes to your training and nutrition.

Lets face it, Gyms are severely over crowded these days and its quite the struggle to even get in your training especially during peak times. In addition, most individuals aren't quite sure what is required to enhance their health an fitness.

We offer a variety of training packages that wont break the bank.
We have the expertise of a Biokineticist and Sport Scientist to guide each client through every session.
All sessions are limited to 1 to 2 individuals which allows for a more client focused approach.
This ensures that each client uses the correct technique with each exercise to better enhance their health and fitness whilst also reducing their risk of injury.

We provide online sessions to many of our clients residing overseas in England, Scotland and the Netherlands.
We do however recommend 'in person' sessions if you are in the Centurion area to really get the full benefit of our training packages

Private personal training takes place on a one on one basis.
The client receives the focused attention from our fitness professional.

Monthly fitness programmes are tailored to the clients unique needs and goals to enhance progress.
All sessions are an hour in duration and make use of various pieces of equipment such as kettle bells, ropes, suspension trainer, and resistance bands to name a few.

We provide group fitness training in a very small group so that each member receives a great deal of attention.
Group training is great as each member holds each other accountable and this always provides a form of motivation . Programmes are developed on a monthly bases with modifications to meet the needs of each member.
All sessions are guided by our Biokineticist to ensure that we maximize your progress.

We have the expertise of our very own Biokineticist.
Our Biokineticist provides exercise therapy for a broad variety of injuries and chronic conditions (i.e. arthritis, high blood pressure, diabetes).
In addition, our Biokineticist can assist you before and after an operation to speed up your recovery.

Our Biokineticist provides exercise / physical therapy for a broad range of different orthopaedic injuries and conditions.

This includes injuries or conditions that affect your muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints and bones.

Before starting with your exercise therapy programme, we conduct a thorough orthopaedic examination to get to the root cause of your problem.

Our Biokineticist provides exercise therapy as a form of medicine to patients who struggle with various chronic conditions such as arthritis, diabetes and high blood pressure to name a few.

Exercise is vital to the management of various conditions and can also be a key preventative strategy for these conditions.

Exercise therapy is used to maintain or enhance the health of these patients.

Before prescribing exercise as medicine, you will first go through a thorough Biokinetics examination. This is key so that we can provide you with the best possible treatment.

Whether you are a professional athlete or take part in sport on a recreational basis, we can help you.

We provide physical rehabilitation for those who are struggling with nagging injuries. We provide a structured rehabilitation process to help guide patients back to the sport they love. This is essential to reducing each patients risk of re-injury.

We conduct return to sport protocols to ensure that each patient is not only physically ready but also mentally ready for the demands of their specific sport.
