What inspired you to start your own business?
Established by Alan Clarke and Mike Hay, HALC.Africa was formed with the purpose of delivering project and engineering services that are client centred and consistently create value for our stakeholders. Infrastructure is one of Africa's largest impediments to sustainable development and HALC.Africa works to provide solutions that drive economic growth in a sustainable social and environmental way.
