I feel that the app is very user friendly and helpful. It makes communication with my trainer so easy and allows 24 hour access to them, if you have any queries.
The videos available on the app also make it clear what is expected from you and how you must preform the exercises. André is a great coach and really goes the extra mile to make sure you reach your goals. He also ensures that you are comfortable and happy with the means used to achieve goals and adapts to your needs!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I see this journey as a train ride. We both get on and start of slow until we get to speed. Yes, sometimes the train does take the wrong turn due to the railway not changing the way it should, but in the end, we still get to the destination, and once that is done, we change the destination and get on again!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and trusting the process! No one person is the same, so it takes time for me to get to know how your body works. Thus trusting me, I can promise you, WE WILL GET THERE.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients succeed! And knowing I am apart of that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
As an ex accountant, we made more people angry than happy when you told them - you owe SARS! I reverted to gym to take my frustrations out each day and then the bug bit me. And I realized, this is my passion, my love. I had some great coaches through my gym life and through that I helped other people in the gym itself. And it brought a smile to my face. And this is when I realized, this is what I am good at. This is what I want to do!!!!

Most trainers will say, because I am that good. But honestly, I am just the guide, you are the one putting in the effort and the results will only only work if you work. And that's why you should choose me cause I believe that you are accountable for your own journey, but I will be following up and helping you to STAY accountable.

Yes - I deliver routines through Trainerize. All workouts are online, in-app messaging, progress tracking, group training and more!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am based at Virgin Active Hazeldean where all Covid 19 regulations are met. But with online training, the onus falls on you to be and keep safe.
