I was approached by a representative on Whatsapp, we needed about 13 shirts and 50 embroided caps. The response was quick and friendly, but after enquiring about sample caps as well I was told they will be unable to take this order without any explanation or reason.
My query as to why was left unanswered and I was blocked from their whatsapp.
