What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing people and their organisations transform to become the best version of themselves. If I can contribute to that change, it fills my heart with so much joy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to create positive change in the world, on my own terms using every bit of talent and strength that I have.
The challenges on the African continent also challenged me to think bigger. We need to find better solutions for the most pressing challenges that we face, and the answer can only come from developing better equipped leaders. That's my focus.
