Our organization's aim is to provide our customers with fast and efficient employees that can meet the demand of each and every member who wants assistance in different departments in their daily lives. Efficiency and effectiveness is our "MOTTO". The Fmd department is there to communicate on behalf of the employees and the employers on how to recruit every member according to their professionals. HOWEVER, our department has come to realize that most of the Malawians who come to South Africa, are not that educated which makes it hard for them to get jobs easily, thus why our department is helping every Malawian member to get jobs according to what they are capable of doing be it gardening, plumbing, housekeeping, painting, etc. We also help by giving them induction training to make it easy for them to know what is required and also helps us to provide our customers with the most trusted employees.
