Femgiene Cleaning Services strives to be the leader in the services market providing the most
professional and specialised services to our clients, giving the feminine touch and attention to detail

Cleaning
A daily “scope of work” will be done specifically as per the client’s requirements. Cleaning Staff will be
trained to ensure that all your requirements are met and maintained. Our staff is trained on the colour
code system in order to prevent cross contamination. An area manager is allocated to each client.
The area manager will be visiting the site on a weekly basis. The area manager will meet and liaise
with your management to ensure all queries and complaints are addressed immediately. Our
In-house Senior Technician will conduct inspections at random intervals ensuring the feminine touch
to all cleaning and hygiene operations are maintained at all times. Senior management details will be
left with your management should you wish to report or discuss any matter you deem necessary.
Gardening

Hygiene
Femgiene offers a wide range of dispensers and service, unique for all washroom facilities.
Our dispensers will be branded with your company logo for that professional touch in your
bathrooms.
*Washroom Chemical Deep Cleaning*
Our trained staff uses specialized equipment to clean toilets, urinals, wash basins, showers and sinks.
We focus on the areas normally not cleaned by your cleaning staff i.e. flushrims, urinal traps, basin
overflows and body fats in showers. Our staff uses full protective clothing for this service due to the
nature of our specialized chemicals.
*Dispensers*
A variety of soap dispensers, hand sanitizer dispensers, airfreshner dispensers, toilet and urinal
sanitizers are available in white, platinum and stainless steel ranges.
As part of our cost saving project, we are able to offer dispensers on outright purchases with a
maintenance and service contract.
*Consumables*
We offer a wide range of paper products, soaps, chemicals and cleaning equipment to cater for
Corporate, Industrial., HACCP, and Retail Industries.
HACCP
We offer a full range of HACCP equipment that is available in colour coding. All equipment is as per
the standards set and is manufactured only in aluminium and plastic. All our HACCP chemicals do
have Material Safety Data Sheets and is available on request.
Staff
Our professional team of staff are trained on a quarterly basis to ensure that all new cleaning
procedures are implemented and existing procedures are maintained. Records of training, training
manuals and certificates are kept on file for auditing purposes and are available on request.
Femgiene is committed to continual improvement of all health and safety systems and performance.
All our staff is provided with and are expected to wear protective clothing issued when necessary. The
issue of protective clothing is assessed on an individual site basis to ensure that necessary
precautions are taken pertaining to a particular site .
