Joanne/Tracy is very rude, Nichola doesn’t respond to calls or texts, no sense of urgency unless it benefits her I paid 90% of the entire lease upfront including deposit before moving in or even viewing the property and they threatened to take me to court over the 10% and I’ve only been here for a month. How can you sue me over an amount I don’t even owe you yet? On top of that, the washing machine in the unit doesn’t work for over a month now. They’re such bullies. Never again, wish I had been more patient in finding a suitable property and agency. More...
