I’m a Professional Senior Architectural Technician, with more than 25 years of relevant experience, both in South Africa and abroad. Registered with SACAP, and deemed competent in terms of National Building Regs part XA (energy). I specialise in Housing Design, but am also competent in designing commercial, leisure and light industrial buildings.

Eric is a soft natured yet confident individual. Working with him was such a pleasure. Eric is open to new ideas and flexible in terms of looking at new, and improved ways in which to do something.
Thinking out of the box, exploring new types of designs and techniques seemed to play into his strengths, as no problem seemed to be difficult to overcome. Always willing to "fix" something on the plans and ever eager to meet up to discuss design, Eric was truly a pleasure to work with.

Yes. Many Local councils now have online submission systems for building plan approval.
Skype and Zoom make remote communication easy, and services like Dropbox make file sharing quite easy.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote working whenever possible.
Mask worn during site visits, and hand sanitizer used before and after.
