2. SchematicDesign-designbeginshereandroughdrawings are presented to the client.
3. Design development- detailed drawings of the design are produced and outcome considerations.
4. Design documentation- technical outline and specifications that were agreed upon are prepared prior execution.
5. Budget is presented and timeframe assumed and documented.
6. Interior design approval and project commence.
