Intimately sized gym, the people are really friendly though and it has everything you would need. Crossfit classes are pretty good as well (Crossfit Charisma).

High quality equipment. Good for crossfit as well as commercial gymming. Warm water in showers. Clean. Unfortunately no scenic views to serve as motivation, but that's a minor issue =P
