This company is a scam. He did my driveway in 2019. He was supposed to put 30mm tar as quoted with a 5 year guarantee. He didn't even lay 10mm tar. Within a week the tar started coming out. He left the yard in a mess. He took out my gutter down pipes so he could run his machine, and didn't put them back. His boys stood the whole day in the yard sunbathing in the garden. He even left the weedkiller in the middle of my lawn, which resulted in the patch of grass not growing. He only cam with the tar at 18:00 in the evening to lay. I contacted him so many times to come and fix it, he will just lie and say he's coming but he never turns up. Once he has taken your money , its game over. All the posts he has is fake reviews, that can easily be created by using a fake or bogus email addy. More...

After a lot of research this was the only company that presented itself as being honest, professional, hard working and this was borne out of the work that they carried for us on our Parking lot.
A fair quote was received.The work was carried out to the specification planned and explained to us ,the team worked relentlessly with hardly a break and were friendly,polite and accommodating .We were not inconvenienced ,the work and the finished Parking Lot looks stunning.When comparing it to similar Parking Lots in our area, there is no competition on quality and we would be more than happy to choose E&D SHUMBA CONSTRUCTION for any future work.

David and his team have just completed a patio and driveway in Brakpan at my house and it looks stunning, very much enhancing the "kerb appel" of my property.
Throughout the construction process i have been impressed by the logistics of the operations which ensured that plant and materials were on site at the optimum time and also by the skill and diligence of David and his team. Despite the often appalling winter weather the team kept as close as possible to the project time line and kept us informed at every stage.
