Dr Sharon Johnson Psychology Counselling

I work with individuals and couples, counselling them through communication and relationship problems, especially in abusive and traumatic connections. I work with children, families and in groups in areas of stress, burnout, trauma, self-care and well-being. I have been trained in the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting (Carl Dawson), Capacitar International trauma transformation (Dr Pat Cane) and Trauma Release Exercises (Dr David Berceli). I take an integrative approach, dealing with the nervous system, mind, body and emotions. I work face-to-face in my rooms in Milnerton and have many clients on-line, counselling remotely.
