Confident 2 Thrive is a creative counselling and coaching centre.

Our professional approach is focused on helping individuals and families to face their challenges and make a success of life.

This is being done through play therapy, different forms of counselling (e. g. relationship counselling) and different forms of life coaching (e.g. parent coaching).

Confident 2 Thrive was founded in 2020, by Louisa Stoker-Braun (PhD), after more than a decade of experience in the field and offer sessions in English, Afrikaans and German.
