The work was done and they end up damaging my hoover no one has contacted me since even to apologize.they use my dry hover to suck the water out of the carper very disappointed yet they said they have their own equipment

We have been doing the cleaning service business for ten years now with that said we are experienced and have worked with different races in the industry of doing cleaning services.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We do bring our cleaning material/tools to avoid customers complaints because some complain about wasting cleaning products. We only doing one day service .
What do you love most about your job?
We love working with people , we love being corrected so that we can rectify our mistakes in the future or with other clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Our former employer inspired us to join or start our own cleaning service business because she was impressed with our work.

No we cannot work remotely as our work requires us to be on hand fulltime. Since we are cleaning we cannot clean the customers place while away from that place.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We wear masks and carry our sanitizer everywhere we go, we also maintain social distance.
