CrossFit ACA

in 2018 i had a motorcycle accident and broke my shoulder very badly, after my operation and nearly a year of physio i only had 50%usage of my arm, 2021 friends convinced me to join crossfit with them and 3 weeks into crossfit i could do pushups again and i am able to use my arm more than i could ever since my accident, i urge everyone to get OCD, Obsessive Crossfit Disorder......you wont regret it

CrossFit ACA has been nothing less than an amazing experience. I am so privelaged to be a part of the CrossFit Clan. The staff at CrossFit ACA Rustenburg had made me feel more than welcome and the results speaks for itself.
