What makes a great website?
Information and image flow. I am fascinated with the psychology behind eye-tracking on websites, the way viewers will prefer to follow information and visuals on the page. A great site is easy to follow, entertaining to read and search engine optimized with striking visuals.

Describe your creative process.
Depending on the project I will send the aforementioned list of questions to the client. I will research before making recommendations, and doing a full marketing forensic analysis. (What I think your product or company's full potential could be - where we can take it) Then it is on to the brand exercise, be it copywriting, design, or SEO, keeping the client updated regularly. I offer 3 levels of presentation if by then we still have changes or amendments I will continue on an ad hoc basis.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
As much as possible. Remember, I need to know as much as a novice in any field can learn, as I need to sell this product to your target market. The more information you give me, the easier it is to expedite the project deadline.
What do you love most about your job?
The client's reactions to my work, sometimes chatting animatedly. Dreaming, aspiring, and enjoying the marketing possibilities that I helped create.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked as an art director at an agency and discovered that I could offer so much more creatively. I love working with clients directly, building a project or dream with them.

I care. Just that. But it is rare in this industry. Most of my clients are still with me 20 years on.

I work remotely. Currently, I am based in Cape Town, working from home but have offered my services to clients in France, Germany, and Ireland.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I predominantly don't see my clients face to face the risk of contracting Covid 19 is none. In the event that we do meet, all standard Covid protocols are followed. Even now in 2023, or when a client's immune system is compromised through medical treatment or by suffering from medical conditions.

I got my professional diploma from the digital marketing Institute of London in 2014 and have been aiding clients to gain a stronger visible online presence since.
