How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As a trainer, i understand that we are all different in many aspects.
My first step with a client is assessments.
I use the PAR-Q (physical activity readiness questionnaire)
This helps me to get to know the new client better, and be able to draft a training program accordingly.
My training style is centered around flexibility.
Sessions last for an hour, and every session includes ; warm up with light stretching, main workout, and intense post workout stretching.
I understand the importance of nutrition in shaping our bodies and one's health. "You are what you eat", therefore i make sure that i give my clients correct and effective eating guidelines and personalized diet plans if needed.

You are what you eat, the secret is in the kitchen.
What do you love most about your job?
I have a huge passion for people, and i get satisfied with the ability to help humans achieve their goals....I'm a socialite, i enjoy meeting new people from different backgrounds.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The idea of being my own boss and getting an uncapped income.

I have been in the industry for years, and i accumulated a lot of experience.
