Sounded very professional when they quoted for cleaning a studio apartment. I was told a team of 3 cleaners and a supervisor would get the job done. I was quoted R500 for the first two hours plus R250 rand per hour afterwards. The “team” that arrived was Peter and his wife in an Uber. The job that should have taken less than two hours ended up taking 3 hours. The cleaning job was mediocre and they didn’t even finish the job. And it cost me R750. The information Karen gave us to quote was far from what we encountered when we got there. We went over and above what we quoted for and worked 90 minutes over our quoted time and only charged for 60 minutes. We also had to Deep Clean instead of the quoted De Luxe Clean which accounted for the additional time. We apologize for Karen's disappointment and we are more than willing to remedy the situation however she proposes.

Very professional cleaners, they are dedicated and show immense pride in their work. A definite must if you need a decent clean.
