What do you love most about your job?
I believe mental health concerns should be the norm and not the exception. Especially during the uncertainties created by the pandemic, people need support. I love my job because people already have the strength they need to succeed, they just need someone to offer a guiding light out of the darkness. It is immensely rewarding.

I am very good at understanding the individual, their identity development, their lived experiences and even hearing the things that are not said.
